Saucy Chicken Chili
Saucy Chicken Chili
1 (16- oz.) jar salsa verde
1 (15- oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4- oz.) can diced green chiles
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tsp. Mexican seasoning
2 cups rotisserie chicken chunks

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Place all ingredients except chicken in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

2. Stir in chicken and cook for 5 minutes more.
