California Avocado Ranch Burgers
2 (20- oz.) packages ground turkey
1½ tbsp. dry ranch dip mix (from a 1- oz. packet)
8 slices pepper Jack cheese
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo
1/4 cup real bacon pieces

Mix 2 (20-oz.) packages ground turkey with 1½ tbsp. dry ranch dip mix (from a 1-oz. packet); shape into 8 flat patties. Cook on a well-oiled grill for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through; top each with a slice of pepper Jack cheese and remove from grill. Meanwhile, mash 2 ripe avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in remainingranch mix, 1/2 cup Raley’s Fresh Pico de Gallo and 1/4 cup real bacon pieces, if you like. Line toasted buns with lettuce then top with burgers and avocado mixture.

Makes 8 servings
