Ham, Brie and Greens Sandwiches
Ham, Brie and Greens Sandwiches
1 (10- oz.) loaf Nob Hill Trading Co. French Bread de la Campagne (in our Bakery)
3 oz. Brie cheese thinly sliced
1 (5- oz.) package thinly sliced ham
1 cup spring mix greens
2 tbsp. pine nuts toasted
1/2 tbsp. Raley's Black Fig Infused Balsamic Vinegar

Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 5 to 7 minutes

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut bread in half lengthwise and place bottom half cut side up and top half cut side down on a baking sheet. Top bottom half with cheese; bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly crisped. Remove from oven and lay ham over cheese. Toss greens, pine nuts and vinegar together in a medium bowl; pile onto bread and close sandwich. Serve immediately.

Cut in half to make 2 servings.
