Mixed Up Green and White Lasagna
Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 (10- oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (10- oz.) container light Alfredo sauce
3/4 cup fat-free half & half
2 hot Italian sausage links, cooked and crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 11 X 7–inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook 9 lasagna noodles; drain and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in a medium bowl with 1 (10-oz.) box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 (10-oz.) container light Alfredo sauce, 3/4 cup fat-free half & half, 2 cooked and crumbled hot Italian sausage links and 2 cloves minced garlic. Transfer to prepared dish; cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
