Fried Egg, Bacon and Arugula Sandwiches
Fried Egg, Bacon and Arugula Sandwiches
Ingredients
1 ciabatta roll (from our Bakery)
1 tbsp. Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 tbsp. softened butter
1/4 cup arugula
1 slice bacon cooked and crumbled
1 egg fried
Directions

For each serving, toast one split ciabatta roll (from our Bakery). Stir together 1 tbsp. Gorgonzola cheese and 1/2 tbsp. softened butter; spread on both sides of roll. Top with 1/4 cup arugula, 1 slice cooked and crumbled bacon, 1 fried egg and freshly ground pepper to taste; close sandwich.

Makes 1 serving.
