Fried Egg, Bacon and Arugula Sandwiches

Fried Egg, Bacon and Arugula Sandwiches
Ingredients
1 ciabatta roll (in our Bakery)
1 tbsp. Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 tbsp. softened butter
1/4 cup arugula
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 egg, fried
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 1

1. For each serving, toast one split ciabatta roll (from our Bakery).

2. Stir together Gorgonzola cheese and softened butter; spread on both sides of roll. Top with arugula, cooked and crumbled bacon, fried egg and freshly ground pepper to taste; close sandwich.
