Mango and Linguica  Endive Bites

Mango and Linguiça Endive Bites
1/2 of a 13- oz. package Silva Linguiça
1 mango (firm but ripe), peeled, pitted and cut into bite-size strips
3 tbsp. mango chutney
36 Belgian endive leaves (red and green)
snipped fresh chives
snipped fresh cilantro

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: about 5 minutes, Makes: 36 appetizers

1. Cut linguiça in half lengthwise and grill over high heat for about 5 minutes or until nicely charred, turning once. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.

2. Cut into thin slices and place in a medium bowl with mango and chutney. Spoon into endive leaves and sprinkle with chives and cilantro.
