Pomegranate Green Tea and Red Wine Granita
Pomegranate Green Tea and Red Wine Granita
Ingredients
8 Yogi Green Tea Pomegranate Tea Bags
1 cup water
1 (32- oz.) bottle R.W. Knudsen Organic Pomegranate Nectar
2 cups red wine
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. crystallized ginger minced
1 tsp. lemon zest finely grated
Directions

Prep: 10 to 15 minutes Freeze: about 12 hours Serves: 8

1. Steep 8 Yogi Green Tea Pomegranate Tea Bags in 1 cup boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Squeeze tea bags to remove all liquid.
3. Place in a 2-quart plastic or glass dish with 1 (32-oz.) bottle R.W. Knudsen Organic Pomegranate Nectar, 2 cups red wine, 1/4 cup honey, 3 tbsp. minced crystallized ginger and 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest.
4. Freeze for 8 hours, then scrape surface with a fork.
5. Freeze again for at least 4 hours, then fluff again with a fork.
