Pomegranate Green Tea and Red Wine Granita

Pomegranate Green Tea and Red Wine Granita
8 Yogi Green Tea Pomegranate Tea Bags
1 cup water
1 (32- oz.) bottle R.W. Knudsen Organic Pomegranate Nectar
2 cups red wine
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest

Prep: 10 to 15 minutes, Freeze: about 12 hours, Serves: 8

1. Steep tea bags in 1 cup boiling water for 10 minutes. Squeeze tea bags to remove all liquid.

2. Place in a 2-quart plastic or glass dish with pomegranate nectar, wine, honey, ginger and lemon zest.

3. Freeze for 8 hours, then scrape surface with a fork.

4. Freeze again for at least 4 hours, then fluff again with a fork.
