Chocolate Chai Ice Cream
Chocolate Chai Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup boiling water
8 Celestial Seasonings Chocolate Caramel Enchantment Chai Tea Bags
1 cup Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sugar
1½ tsp. Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Simply Organic Cinnamon
2 cups Organic Valley Half & Half
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 5 minutes Chill: several hours or overnight Makes: 8 servings

1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bags; let stand for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove tea bags and squeeze firmly to remove all liquid. Add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon to saucepan; cook over low heat for 5 minutes to dissolve sugar. Let cool.
3. Stir in half & half and transfer to an ice cream maker. Freeze according to package directions, then remove paddle. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
