Grilled Spamwiches
1 (4.25- oz.) can chopped olives drained
3 oz. softened cream cheese
4 slices sourdough bread
sweet onions
olive oil
1 (12- oz.) container Lite Spam

Combine 1 (4.25-oz.) can drained chopped olives with 3 oz. softened cream cheese. Spread on 4 slices sourdough bread and top with sliced tomatoes and sliced sweet onions. Slice 1 (12-oz.) container Lite Spam into 8 equal pieces and grill over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until slightly crispy. (You can substitute with Deli ham slices.) Place Spam on top of onions and top with 4 more slices of bread. Brush lightly with olive oil and grill for a few minutes more on each side or until bread is toasted. Remove from grill and add a lettuce leaf to each, if you like.

Makes 4 servings.
