Creamy Shrimp in Puff Pastry Shells
4 fr ozen Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells
1 tbsp. butter
1 (24- oz.) package Contessa frozen shrimp peeled and cleaned
1 (9- oz.) container Alfredo sauce (regular or light) refrigerated
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp. dried) chopped
Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place puff pastry shells on a large baking sheet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet. Cook shrimp until fully pink and all liquid has evaporated. Add Alfredo sauce, lemon juice and dill; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove round centers from puff pastry and spoon shrimp filling into the center of each shell. Serve immediately.
