Grilled Halibut with Fruity Salsa
4 to 6 Full Circle Natural Halibut Steaks thawed
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1 large navel orange peeled and diced
2 kiwifruit peeled and diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

Rinse halibut and pat dry; brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5 minutes per side or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve fruit salsa over hot cooked fish.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
