Roasted Olive and Grape Spread
1 (11.1- oz.) jar pitted kalamata olives halved (about 1¼ cups)
2½ cups red grapes
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh thyme chopped
Recipe may be doubled.

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 1 hour, Makes: 1 cup

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet.
2. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with goat cheese and baguette slices.

For gift giving, transfer cooled mixture to decorative containers. Keep refrigerated for 2 weeks.
