Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
1 tbsp. Raley's Olive Oil
1 lb. large shrimp peeled and deveined
1 (8- oz.) can Raley's Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Grama's Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tbsp. regular or gluten-free soy sauce
green onion tops Sliced

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 11 minutes

1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet.
2. Stir in tomato sauce, chili sauce and soy sauce; cook and stir for 5 minutes more over medium heat.
3. Add shrimp back to skillet and cook for a minute more or until shrimp are nicely glazed with sauce. Serve over Asian noodles or rice and garnish with green onions, if you like.
