Naan Chicken Sandwiches
Naan Chicken Sandwiches
1 (8.8- oz.) package Tandoori Naan Bread (in our Deli)
3 tbsp. hot mango chutney
2 tbsp. Napoleon Tomato Paste
1 cup diced, chilled rotisserie chicken
1 cup romaine lettuce
2 tbsp. light olive oil vinaigrette

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 2 to 4

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place bread on a baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes.

2. Stir together chutney and tomato paste in a small bowl. Spread mixture over one piece of bread.

3. Toss together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and pile equal amounts over tomato mixture. Top with remaining bread and cut into four pieces.
