Chocolate Banana Nut Parfaits

Chocolate Banana Nut Parfaits
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup freshly ground peanut butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
3 (6-oz.) cups Brown Cow Chocolate Cream Top Yogurt, divided
10 chocolate peanut butter malt balls, coarsely chopped
2 bananas, peeled, sliced lengthwise and cut in half horizontally
Lightly sweetened whipped cream (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes Makes: 4 servings

1. Place cream, peanut butter and sugar in a medium bowl; beat with an electric mixer or whisk until thickened slightly.

2. Spoon half of the yogurt into 4 individual serving dishes. Top with half of the whipped cream mixture and half of the chopped malt balls. Repeat layers.

3. Insert bananas into parfaits and garnish with whipped cream, if you like.
