Ham and Potato Alfredo

Ham and Potato Alfredo
1½ lbs. diced Yukon Gold potatoes
1 (10- oz.) container light Alfredo sauce
1 cup small ham cubes
1 cup Raley's Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 cup cheese

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 22 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Spray a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in dish; cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

2. Stir in Alfredo sauce, ham, 1 cup cheese, wine and basil in a large bowl; spread in prepared pan and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over the top. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes more.
