Italian Meatball Soup

Italian Meatball Soup
1 (32- oz.) container chicken stock or reduced- sodium broth
1 (12 oz.) package Aidells Sun-Dried Tomato Meatballs
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup carrots chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup zucchini chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tsp. dried basil

Stir together 1 (32-oz.) container chicken stock or reduced-sodium broth, 1 (12 oz.) package Aidells Sun-Dried Tomato Meatballs, 1 cup marinara sauce, 1/2 cup each: chopped onion, carrot, celery and zucchini and 2 tsp. dried basil. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese and crusty bread.

Makes 4 servings.
