1 (8.5- oz.) package Pepperidge Farms Mini Pastry Shells
1/2 tsp. cream cheese
Pickled jalapeño
Red bell pepper (for garnish)

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 23 minutes Makes: 24 appetizers

1. Thaw and bake 1 (8.5-oz.) package Pepperidge Farms Mini Pastry Shells according to package directions. Remove from oven and carefully remove the center of each.
2. Spoon 1/2 tsp. cream cheese into the center of each and bake for a few minutes more to melt cheese. Place 1 pickled jalapeño slice in each and garnish with minced red bell pepper.
