Pretty Little Poppers
1 (8.5- oz.) package Pepperidge Farms Mini Pastry Shells
3/4 cup cream cheese, divided
24 slices pickled jalapeño
Minced red bell pepper (for garnish)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 23 minutes, Makes: 24 appetizers

1. Thaw and bake pastry shells according to package directions. Remove from oven and carefully remove the center of each.

2. Spoon 1/2 tsp. cream cheese into the center of each and bake for a few minutes more to melt cheese. Place 1 pickled jalapeño slice in each and garnish with minced red bell pepper.
