Soy Sauce Catfish Nuggets

Soy Sauce Catfish Nuggets
1 lb. catfish nuggets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 green onions slivered
2 to 3 drops sesame oil
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 6 minutes

Cut nuggets into evenly sized pieces and set aside. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except sesame oil. Add fish; marinate at least 10 minutes, turning once. Pour fish and marinade into a glass pie plate and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH. Rearrange fish and turn over. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes more. Remove, but leave covered for 1 minute. Remove cover and sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil. Serve nuggets and juices over steamed white rice.
