Turkey and Cranberry Corn Muffins
Turkey and Cranberry Corn Muffins
1 (15- oz.) package Krusteaz Honey Cornbread
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
4 thin slices smoked turkey breast cut in to 24 squares

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 11 minutes Makes: 24 mini muffins

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and spray 24 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, adding thyme to batter.
2. Pour into prepared pans and bake for about 11 minutes. Let cool, then cut in half lengthwise. Fill each muffin with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a piece of turkey.
