Rum-Coconut Cocktail in the Shell
Rum-Coconut Cocktail in the Shell
Ingredients
3/4 cup rum
1/2 cup half & half
1/2 cup cream of coconut (found in the Liquor Dept.)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
12 ice cubes
Directions

Prep: 5 to 10 minutes  Serves: 2

1. Blend rum, half & half, coconut cream and pineapple juice on highest setting, adding ice cubes from the top one at a time.
2. Pour into halved and hollowed-out coconut shells or tall glasses. Add straws and garnish with an orchid flower.
