South Sea Spritzers for a Crowd
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup guava juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (750-ml.) bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
1 liter club soda
Directions

Prep: 10 to 15 minutes  Serves: 16

1. Simmer pineapple and guava juices with sugar for 10 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar; cool.
2. Transfer juice mixture to a large pitcher. Add brandy and lemon juice. May prepare ahead and refrigerate overnight. At serving, add Champagne and club soda.
