Hawaiian Drummettes
3 lb. chicken wing drummettes
1 (18- oz.) bottle World Harbors Maui Mountain Hawaiian Style Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 eggs lightly beaten
3/4 cup water
Vegetable oil, for frying
Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Makes: about 2 dozen
Marinate: 1 hour or overnight
1. Soak drummettes in teriyaki sauce for 1 hour, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Combine flour and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Add eggs and water, stirring quickly with a fork (Batter will be lumpy). 
3. Dip drummettes in batter, then fry in batches in 3 inches of oil heated to 350°F, until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
