Basic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Basic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Wine vinegar or lemon juice
Olive oil or vegetable oil
Various seasonings, such as tarragon, parsley, dill, thyme finely chopped
red peppers roasted
Parmesan or capers, if needed freshly grated
blue cheese crumbled
Season 3 tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice with 1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper. Slowly whisk 1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil into base mixture, adding more seasonings if needed. It will keep, refrigerated, for up to a week.
