Chipotle Chile Burritos
Chipotle Chile Burritos
1 warm rotisserie chicken
2 (7- oz.) cans salsa verde
2 tbsp. canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce plus 1 tbsp. adobo sauce from can minced
6 burrito size flour tortillas
1 (8- oz.) package Sunnyside Farms Mexican Style shredded cheese
black beans
green onions sliced
sour cream
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Remove and discard skin and bones from chicken; tear meat into bite-size pieces. Place in a saucepan with salsa, chiles and adobo sauce and cook over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm. Warm tortillas in a dry pan on the stove or in the microwave. Place equal amounts of meat and cheese in each tortilla. Add rice, beans, onions, sour cream and guacamole, as desired.

Makes 6 servings.
