T-Bone Steaks with Spicy Pepper Rub

T-Bone Steaks with Spicy Pepper Rub
4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1-1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 Raley's Black Angus Beef T-bone steaks, 1-inch thick
Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 8 to 18 minutes

Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle even amounts on both sides of
steaks and lightly rub into the surface. Place steaks on a lightly oiled grill over
medium heat. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side for rare, 5 to 6 minutes per side
for medium-rare or 6 to 9 minutes per side for medium.

Makes 4 servings.
