Brown Sugar & Spice Peaches
1 tbsp. butter
2 cups ripe peaches diced
3 to 4 tbsp. brown sugar (depending on the sweetness of the peaches)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon ground
1/8 tsp. ground allspice

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 5 minutes Makes: 2 cups

1. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice; sauté for about 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
2. Serve slightly warm or at room temperature over chicken or pork, or spoon over ice cream or pound cake slices.
