Made by and for kids, these tasty treats are perfect for the little ones!

 

Healthy Tummy Pops
Ingredients
Fruit, flavored kefer*
Directions
  1. Spoon chopped or mashed fruit into popsicle molds or small paper cups, about halfway full.
  2. Add fruit flavored kefer* to the molds leaving 1/4-inch at the top.
  3. Add sticks and freeze until firm.

 *Kefer is like yogurt and has great probiotic qualities. It can be found in several flavors of the Raley’s, Bel Air or Nob Hill natural foods department near the milk products.
