Fruited Slaw

Fruited Slaw
4 cups green cabbage shredded
2 cups carrots shredded
1 cup red cabbage shredded
1 cup juice-packed pineapple drained & crushed
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Prep time: 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well to blend. Chill briefly. Serve as a side dish or on a fish sandwich or turkey burger.

Makes 6 servings.
