Meat, Cheese and Veggie Pinwheels
Meat, Cheese and Veggie Pinwheels
4 ea wrap size (13 -inch) flour tortillas
2 (8- oz.) containers chive and onion cream cheese
2 cups tomato diced
2/3 cup red onion minced
2 (2.2- oz.) cans ripe olives sliced, drained
4 cups Dole Romaine Blend Lettuce lightly packed
12 oz. cheese thinly sliced
20 oz. Hillshire Farm Deli Select sliced meat

Prep: 10 to 15 minutes Makes: 40 slices or about 12 to 14 servings

1. Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spread with equal amounts of cream cheese. Sprinkle with equal amounts of tomato, onion, olives and lettuce over the bottom 3/4 of each tortilla.
2. Top with cheese, then meat. Roll up tightly, ending with the empty part of the tortilla; press gently to seal and compact ingredients. Trim 1 inch off both ends, then cut rolls into 10 slices.
Try one of the following combinations:
• Turkey and Havarti or pepper Jack cheese
• Roast beef or pastrami and provolone cheese
• Ham or corned beef and Swiss cheese
Make-ahead tip: These can be rolled ahead, then kept tightly wrapped and refrigerated until close to party time. Then just slice and place on a platter.
