Chachies Tortilla Pinwheels
Chachie's Tortilla Pinwheels
6 burrito size flour tortillas
1 lb. cream cheese softened
1 (16- oz.) container Chachie's Salsa
1 (7- oz.) can green chiles diced
1 (3.8- oz.) can olives sliced
12 oz. ham or turkey thinly sliced

Prep: 15 minutes Makes: 8 to 10 servings

1. Spread equal amounts of cream cheese on each tortilla. Top with equal amounts of salsa, chiles and olives, leaving a 2-inch border empty at the top of each tortilla.
2. Lay meat slices over vegetables and press down lightly. Roll up tortillas starting at the bottom, then cut into 3/4-inch slices and serve, or wrap unsliced rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
