Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 eggs hard-cooked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Makes: 6 servings

1. Tap hard-cooked eggs on counter to crack shells. Carefully peel off the shells and discard.
2. Cut eggs in half with knife that has been dipped in water. Scoop out yellow yolks and put into small bowl.
3. Add mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar to yolks and mash with fork. Spoon egg yolks back into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with a little paprika or chopped fresh herbs, if you like.
 
Variations:
* Add a little chopped cilantro and McCormick Mexican Seasoning to the mixture.
* Substitute ranch dip or dressing for the mayonnaise.
