Grilled Caesar Salad
Grilled Caesar Salad
1 (18- oz.) package romaine hearts
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1 medium tomato diced
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 3 to 5 minutes

Rinse romaine hearts and pat dry. Cut each in half lengthwise and brush cut sides liberally and leaves lightly with dressing. Grill over medium heat, cut side down, for about 2 minutes to very lightly char the greens. Remove from grill and place on serving plates. Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese. Serve with additional dressing, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.

Tip! Using wood chips in your grill will enhance the smoky flavor.
