Turkey, Brie and Spring Mix Sandwich
Turkey, Brie and Spring Mix Sandwich
4 (6- oz.) long baguette pieces
4 oz. Brie thinly sliced and at room temperature (slice cheese when chilled, then let come to room temp)
10 oz. thinly sliced smoked turkey
4 very thin slices red onion separated into rings
2 cups spring mix
1/4 cup Ken’s Steak House Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette
Prep time: 10 minutes

Cut baguette pieces in half lengthwise. Place a layer of cheese on the bottom pieces and top with turkey and onion. Toss spring mix and vinaigrette and pile on top. Close sandwich and press down firmly to secure ingredients. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
