1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 cups French Vanilla Flavored Cool Whip thawed and divided
1 (4- oz.) package Keebler Mini Graham Cracker Ready Crusts
6 large strawberries sliced
3 tbsp. honey roasted sliced almonds
6 small mint sprigs (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes Makes: 6 servings

1. Stir together yogurt and extract in a medium bowl. Carefully fold in 1½ cups Cool Whip. Spoon into graham cracker crusts and top with strawberries.
2. Add a dollop of the remaining whipped cream to the top of each and sprinkle with almonds. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
