Pizza Dilla Quesadilla
1 soft taco size flour tortilla (about 7 to 8 inches)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
3 tbsp. Italian sausage or 6 small pepperoni slices
Optional extras: sliced olives, chopped bell peppers
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 2 to 3 minutes

1. For each quesadilla, start with 1 soft taco size flour tortilla (about 7 to 8 inches). Place the filling ingredients on half of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Fold tortilla in half over filling.
2. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until tortilla is crispy. (Remember, the quesadillas will cook faster if the skillet is already hot!)
3. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute or so. Cut into wedges to serve.
