Five Spice Asian Country Style Ribs
1-1/2 lb. boneless country style pork strips
2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
2 tsp. McCormick Chinese 5-Spice Powder
2 tsp. orange peel grated
1/3 cup Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Sauce
2 tbsp. orange juice
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes

Rinse meat and pat dry. Sprinkle both sides with meat tenderizer and pierce well with a fork. Sprinkle 5 spice powder and orange peel over meat and rub into the surface. Stir together teriyaki sauce and orange juice; set aside. Grill meat over medium-low heat for 30 minutes, turning and basting with sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Makes 4 servings.

Tip!For a quick fried rice, add bits of diced leftover pork to cooked white rice, then stir in a few tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and diced cooked carrots, onions and peas.
