Curried Apple Tuna Salad

Curried Apple Tuna Salad
3 (3- oz.) pouches chunk light tuna
1 cup apple chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 green onions sliced
Prep time: 15 minutes

Lightly toss together all ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon into hollowed out tomatoes (great for carb watchers!) or serve as a sandwich on slices of raisin bread.

Makes 4 servings.
