Dry Rubs
Ingredients
Hickory Rub for Beef and Pork
2 tsp. McCormick Hickory Smoked Salt
1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder, paprika, black
pepper, sugar

Citrus Rub for Chicken and Pork
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. McCormick Orange Peel
2 tsp. McCormick Lemon Peel
2 tsp. McCormick Lemon Pepper

Ginger Orange Rub for Chicken and Pork
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. McCormick Orange Peel
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine all seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle liberally over meat and rub into the surface. Each rub will coat 4 servings of meat. If using Ginger Orange Rub, drizzle meat with Minute Maid Pure Premium Orange Juice after grilling.
