Steamin'-Smokin' Stubb's Bar-B-Q Pork Ribs
Ingredients
5 lb. Extra Meaty Pork Spareribs cut into 2-rib pieces
1 cup water or beer
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 (12- oz.) bottle Stubb's Moppin' Sauce Bar-B-Q Baste*
1 (18- oz.) bottle Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce (Original or Spicy)

*Moppin' Sauce is available only at selected
stores. Use extra Bar-B-Q Sauce as a
substitute.
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 2 hours, 10 minutes

Combine water, liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt and pepper
in a large roasting pan; stir well. Add ribs, turning once
to coat both sides. Cover with foil, place in a 300°F oven
or on a closed grill over very low heat and cook for 45
minutes. Remove foil, turn ribs and cook for 45 minutes
more. (This may be done a day in advance.) Brush ribs
liberally with Moppin' Sauce and place on a grill over
medium heat. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn and cook for 10
to 15 minutes more, brushing with additional Moppin' Sauce.
Cook for 5 minutes more per side, brushing liberally with
Bar-B-Q Sauce. Serve with remaining Bar-B-Q Sauce for dippin'.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
