Grilled Ham Steak with Pineapple Topping

Grilled Ham Steak with Pineapple Topping
3 (1 -inch thick) slices Raley's honey ham
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup mustard
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 (18.5- oz.) can juice-packed pineapple slices

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. With a sharp knife, score the ham on both sides 1/8-inch thick in a diamond pattern; set aside.

2. Stir together honey, mustard and allspice. Place ham and pineapple slices on a grill over medium heat and brush liberally with honey mustard.

3. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, brushing with sauce several times.
