Quick Chicken Tortas
Quick Chicken Tortas
1-1/2 cups fully cooked rotisserie chicken meat chilled
1 cup Raley's Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1/2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Blend Seasoning
4 soft French rolls
1/2 cup guacamole
6 tbsp. shredded Jack cheese
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

Stir together chicken, pico de gallo and Mexican
seasoning in a small bowl; set aside. Cut each roll
in half and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until
toasty. Spread equal amounts of guacamole on
the bottom of each roll and top with equal
amounts of seasoned chicken and cheese. Close
sandwich and serve.

Makes 4 servings.

Tip! Serve with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes
and sliced radishes, if desired.
