Strawberry Lemonade Pops

Made by and for kids, these tasty treats are perfect for the little ones!


Strawberry Lemonade Pops
1 heaping cup strawberries
1 cup lemonade
1/4 cup sugar
10 small paper cups (3- oz. or 5- oz.)
Aluminum foil
10 popsicle sticks
1. Rinse the berries and take off the green stems.
2. Put in a blender with the lemonade and sugar.
3. Puree in the blender until smooth.
4. Pour into small cups and top with a square of foil.
5. Make a small slit in the foil and insert a popsicle stick into each.
6. Freeze until firm.

Makes 10 small pops.

Raspberry Creamsicle Variation!
Instead of 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup lemonade and 1/4 cup sugar, use 2 cups fresh raspberries, blackberries or diced peaches, 2 cups vanilla yogurt and 2 tbsp. sugar.
