Savory Asian Steaks

Savory Asian Steaks
Ingredients
1½ lbs. grilling beef (such as sirloin, tri ip or London broil)
1/3 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup green onions sliced
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: about 10 minutes

1. Grill beef over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until beef is cooked to your liking.
2. While beef is cooking, stir together teriyaki sauce, ketchup and ginger in a small bowl. Brush some of the mixture over steaks during the last few minutes of grilling.
3. Serve steaks with remaining sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
