Ham Kabobs with Ginger Plum Glaze
Ham Kabobs with Ginger Plum Glaze
Ingredients
2 (1 -inch thick) slices ham, cubed (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 small yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 bunch green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces (save green tops for another use)
3/4 cup plum jam
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Thread ham, peppers and green onions onto skewers. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Grill over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, turning and basting frequently with 2/3 of the sauce.

3. Transfer skewers to a platter and pour remaining sauce over the top.
