Ham Kabobs with Ginger Plum Glaze
Ham Kabobs with Ginger Plum Glaze
2 (1 -inch thick) ham slices (about 1-1/2 lb.) cubed (about 1-1/2 lb.)
1 each: small red and yellow bell peppers seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 bunch green onions, (save green tops for another use) cut into 2-inch pieces
3/4 cup plum jam
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. McCormick Gourmet Collection
Ground Ginger
Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes

Thread ham, peppers and green onions onto skewers. Stir
together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place
skewers on a grill over medium-low heat and cook for about
10 minutes, turning and basting frequently with 2/3 of the
sauce. Transfer skewers to a platter and pour remaining
sauce over the top.

Makes 4 servings.
