Tuscan Bean Salad

Tuscan Bean Salad
1 (15- oz.) can S&W Small White Beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15- oz.) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 (6.5- oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (do not drain), coarsely chopped
1 cup Nob Hill Trading Co. Roasted Bell Pepper (do not drain), cut into bite-size strips (do not drain)
3/4 cup ripe olives, halved
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 tbsp. Consorzio Basil Infused Olive Oil
2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced

Prep: 15 minutes, Marinate: at least 1 hour, Serves: 8

Stir together all ingredients except basil. Cover and let marinate, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour. Stir in basil just before serving.
