Baja Fruit Salad

Baja Fruit Salad
2 (20- oz.) cans Dole Juice-Packed Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 (15- oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped jicama
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. shredded coconut

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

Combine all ingredients except coconut in a large bowl and toss well to mix. Top with coconut just before serving.
