Caribbean Turkey Burgers

Caribbean Turkey Burgers
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup mashed ripe mango
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1½ tsp. Caribbean jerk seasoning
1/4 cup minced green onion
1 lb. ground turkey
4 King's Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns, split and lightly toasted on grill

red onion, sliced in rings
tomatoes sliced

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. In a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, mango, honey, lime juice and jerk seasoning.

2. Add 1/4 cup mango barbecue sauce and onion to ground turkey; mix well. Shape into 4 flat patties and brush both sides well with oil. Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Turn carefully so burgers do not fall apart.

3. Brush liberally with mango barbecue sauce and place on toasted buns. Top with lettuce, onion and tomato. Serve with remaining mango barbecue sauce.
